The word "media" in our name refers to paid media channels (search, social, programmatic), not editorial publishing.
We do not guarantee a specific return on investment. No ethical agency can — advertising outcomes depend on market conditions, product-market fit, competitive dynamics, creative quality, landing page experience and factors outside any vendor's control. What we do guarantee is transparent methodology, rigorous testing, honest reporting and a team that is accountable to the KPIs we agree at the start of every engagement.

You retain ownership of your ad accounts, analytics properties and CRM data. Media Vertex operates as an agency partner with delegated access — never as a black-box intermediary. On exit, credentials, campaign history and reporting exports remain with your organisation. We document access levels in every statement of work and align with PDPA requirements for personal data handled during lead generation campaigns.
